This year, the Aspiravi Group is once again making a major contribution to various climate and renewable energy targets. On the schedule is the realisation of 7 onshore wind turbines spread over 4 locations in Belgium.

The new wind turbines in Belgium will be located along the R4 in Evergem (2), along the E314 in Diest (1), along the E313 in Bilzen (2) and in the cloverleaf interchange of the E40/E403 motorways in Oostkamp (2). Together, these Belgian projects have an installed capacity of 26.3 MW and will annually provide green electricity equivalent to the average consumption of 19,100 households. Moreover, they will avoid the emission of 32,000 tonnes of CO2 every year.

In addition to these wind energy projects in Belgium, the realisation of a fourth wind farm in Curaçao and the first two solar projects in Spain are also planned for 2024.
