Aspiravi Offshore acquires 70% of shares in offshore wind farm Northwind
Aspiravi Offshore (which is part of the Aspiravi Group), Parkwind and Sumitomo Corporation have reached an agreement on share ownership and cooperation within the Northwind offshore wind farm. Aspiravi Offshore acquires all of Parkwind's shares in Northwind, thus acquiring 70% of the shares of Northwind. The new shareholder structure ensures a solid Belgian anchoring of the offshore wind farm.

Aspiravi group’s first two solar projects to be built in Spain this year
Aspiravi Spain will start construction of its first two solar decentralised generation projects in the second quarter of 2024. One project is located in Valladolid, a region northeast of Madrid, where the 'Erica' project will be built with a capacity of 6 MWp. The other project is in the province of Barcelona, where the 'Sant Fruitós' project is being built with a capacity of 3 MWp.
